O Allah, on this day, open the doors of the heavens for me, and lock the doors of Hell; help me to recite the Qur’an; O the One who sends down tranquility into the hearts of believers.

اَللّـهُمَّ افْتَحْ لي فيهِ أبواب الْجِنانِ، وأغلق عَنّي فيهِ أبواب النّيرانِ، وَوَفِّقْني فيهِ لِتِلاوَةِ الْقُرْآنِ، يا مُنْزِلَ السَّكينَةِ فى قُلُوبِ الْمُؤْمِنينَ .
